I've dealt with Smith Family Motors on several occasions, and I've always found them to be low pressure, willing to spend the time to help you find the right car, and willing to negotiate fairly and in good faith - they are 1,000x better in all these regards than all the shark pits on Sandy's Auto Mall Drive. I also think their cars are in better shape/better prepared for sale.
