Bought in the Ramsey Landing community. Love that houses have land and you are not on top of one another. Thought that their homes were built in the quality that they profess to have. Unfortunately that is not the truth! Just ask people that have bought in and then try to get warranty work done because of the lack of quality work on the part of the sub contractor’s that La Mar Smith family homes hire.
