We purchased our brand-new home from Smith Family Homes less than 10 years ago, and we are extremely disappointed that the roof is already leaking. We purchased a new construction home in Richmond Hill, and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing. The communication and follow-through have been extremely poor. Just a few days after closing, our garage started leaking after a rainstorm. The builder has sent a roofer out twice, and almost a month later it's still leaking. The workmanship has also been disappointing. Bought in the Ramsey Landing community. Love that houses have land and you are not on top of one another. Thought that their homes were built in the quality that they profess to have. Unfortunately that is not the truth! Just ask people that have bought in and then try to get warranty work done because of the lack of quality work on the part of the sub contractor’s that La Mar Smith family homes hire.
