Can I go zero stars? This builder cuts as many corners as possible to save time and money. My main sewer line was put in with terrible workmanship. I can’t even live in my own home at the moment because of it and have a huge plumbing bill to pay. These houses should be built to perfection and they aren’t! Many owners have issues because of it.
We had the best experience with Smith family Homes in Hayden pointe in Saint Mary's Ga anyone could ask for and more. I can't recommend them enough. The whole building a new home process was new to us and they walked us through it and made so much easier. Diane and Doug treated us like family. I am so thankful for them. So glad we went with smith family homes. We are blessed with our beautiful new home that we love .
Nice floor plans, cheap appliances, toilets and hvac systems. Ask for an upgrade or choose another builder.

If I could give no star at all, I would. Please pay attention to every corner of your home including the ceilings. They put appliances in place to make your house look good, make them pull the stove and refrigerator up, take the microwave down through walk through. They’ll give you a card and a contract that says you get a 5 month and a 11 month visit for things to be done right and although the contract says this, they only do an 11th month walk through and still haven’t finished fixing things from the initial walk through ... read more
