Nice floor plans, cheap appliances, toilets and hvac systems. Ask for an upgrade or choose another builder.

If I could give no star at all, I would. Please pay attention to every corner of your home including the ceilings. They put appliances in place to make your house look good, make them pull the stove and refrigerator up, take the microwave down through walk through. They’ll give you a card and a contract that says you get a 5 month and a 11 month visit for things to be done right and although the contract says this, they only do an 11th month walk through and still haven’t finished fixing things from the initial walk through ... read more
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND TRUST THESE LIARS. These are self proclaiming “good Christian men” who will deceit, cheat, and dance with the devil himself, just to get your money.
