Fantastic experience buying my new construction home in Woodland Cove. Megan and Aretha were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I had a few things that needed to be fixed on my first 30 day walk and everything was handled quickly. I could not be happier!!
Let me start off by saying, leaks don’t happen overnight, but Smith Family Homes denying warranty claims do. So hopefully once my complaint with the BBB is filed this week and also a complaint with the Georgia State Licensing Board, maybe they’ll reach out and attempt to make it right. Can I go zero stars? This builder cuts as many corners as possible to save time and money. My main sewer line was put in with terrible workmanship. I can’t even live in my own home at the moment because of it and have a huge plumbing bill to pay. These houses should be built to perfection and they aren’t! Many owners have issues because of it.
