Been going here for a few years and they have always done a great job taking care of me. Right now I’m going through the process of getting contacts and they have been super helpful, Dr.April is very understanding and truly wants what’s best for you. The only bother showing up 10 minutes early and then having to wait an hour after my scheduled time to be seen when I do go in. I lost my contact lens at a Walmart & was afraid to drive home without it & did not have a back up pair. Walmart Optical needed my prescription to replace the lenses. I called Siren Family & they faxed it over immediately. I have also had good experience in their office at both me & my daughter’s appointments.
Walked in last 30 minutes to close, to see if I could order new glasses. Was helped in a very orderly fashion. And now have new glasses
