I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office and the entire staff. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. Everyone is so caring, patient, and genuinely takes the time to get to know you—not just as a patient, but as a person. That kind of compassion is rare and so appreciated. I was charged a no show fee while I had the flu. I was told that because I have been sick before I was going to get charged for it (I am immunocompromised). Not really great as I had no option but to take the fee. I will not be a patient with them in the future.
I just had my first appointment there after switching from another dentist. I found the level of service and care to be excellent! I'm recommending Smith Family to all my friends.
