Wonderful dental office! Very neat, clean. Everyone from office staff, hygienists and drs are very caring, thorough and do a great job! They listen if you have a concern and you don’t feel like you’re rushed even though they do move very efficiently. Getting an appointment is also very timely. Highly recommend this dental practice!
Even though I still would not suggest that other people get it done, somehow the Smith Family overcame my fear of needles and pulled off a Deep Cleaning on me! Lol, even like a tag team when necessary. The Hygienists were kind, courteus and relatively had preventing my pain as one of their objectives. Also that they accept Medicaid is what let me in to such a nice place... So, if you do need the work, I would highly suggest Smith Family as the place that You Need Now!!! I have been a patient at Smith Family for about 5 years and have always had good experiences up until my last 2 visits. For the last 2 appointments I saw the same hygienist, and she was very rough and rushed. Both times I left in pain and had to ask she stop flossing because of how forceful she was being. Previous hygienists were always careful and thorough. My appointment today lasted less than 20 minutes, she quickly brushed my teeth and flossed until I asked her to be more gentle, and the appointment ended with a quick ch... read more
Had a amazing experience thank you too all of them was very nervous when I came in too get a wisdom tooth pulled and they did it quick and clean and was very sweet thank you all so much
Everyone was very professional, courteous, & caring. I went in for 1 extraction, was well numbed... took less than 60 seconds of tolerable pressure & it was successfully removed. I am very pleased, even told him he's amazing. *note: I'm usually a very high anxiety dental patient... not today!
