First time going to smith family as I just moved here. They are fantastic! Melanie cleaned my teeth and did a phenomenal job!
New to town, it was difficult to make a decision on a new dentist but we made the right one! Professional, friendly and caring staff (all), comfortable office and convenient location. Billing and scheduling have been effortless.
I recently moved down from Virginia. I have a complex dental situation caused by a genetic defect, with a combination of implants, bridgework, crowns, and sensitive gums. Melanie, the resident senior hygienist, did a thorough, outstanding job cleaning my teeth and removing plaque buildup. I look forward to my next visit in January. If I have any issues between now and then I won't hesitate to contact Smith Family Dental in Leland to address the issue.
If you’re reading this and are looking for a new dentist you search has come to an end! Please go and check this place out. I am talking about knowledgeable, friendly staff, a dentist that provides you with many options and gets you involved in your care plan. 10/10 experience! I’m usually terrified of the dentist (who isn’t?), but the entire staff - especially Dr. Ochenrider and Rhonda - were incredibly calming and friendly. My nerves went away almost immediately. I was able to get both a cleaning and a cavity filled within less than two weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Happy to have found a new dentist here!
