I started seeing this dentist while he was busy opening up a new office. I have bad anxiety about the dentist, which the staff were understanding about to an extent. I saw the dentist a few times but still never got my cleaning and anything they have ever done (cavities, etc) has broken off or come apart. My teeth are worse now than before. I went for a cleaning at the Jacksonville office and was hospitalized 6 days later. I got my teeth cleaned on Thursday and later on that day I felt like something was not right. On Friday morning, when I woke up I had a lump on the right side of my face. I reached out to smith’s family and was told to wait a couple of days as it might be due to the cleaning.
