I have been a patient of SE & ES and its predecessor Anthony Smith for over 40 years. Haley has now taken over from her father in the care of my eyes. Haley has added a new layer of care to the practice with up to date equipment and all the care and attention I enjoyed from her father . With the inheritance of her father's skills and patient care she is a natural and whilst my wife and I have now moved to Castlemaine we would't think of changing optometrist . I have consulted Lachlan over the past 6 years to help me with my hearing issues. I have always found him to be very responsive to my needs and very professional about how to help me especially since I have a tendency to lose one of my hearing aides thus leaving me in a sad and frustrated state! But he has always been able to offer me solutions to my hearing problems. I trust him completely and could not imagine going anywhere else to deal with my tinnitus and my age related increasing loss of hearing.
