I have consulted Lachlan over the past 6 years to help me with my hearing issues. I have always found him to be very responsive to my needs and very professional about how to help me especially since I have a tendency to lose one of my hearing aides thus leaving me in a sad and frustrated state! But he has always been able to offer me solutions to my hearing problems. I trust him completely and could not imagine going anywhere else to deal with my tinnitus and my age related increasing loss of hearing.
The service is fantastic, very friendly and personal. The professionalism and knowledge of the products is very reassuring when buying remotely. Back up service can't be beat, and nor can the price. I would recommend them to everyone.
