Came out at 10:30pm after we found a copperhead in our garage. Very courteous, very efficient, and concerned to our safety. Can't thank them enough! I would highly recommend.
This company is the worst company ever! They treat their customers terribly, don't do services when they say they do, and over charge you. They make you sign outrageous contracts and there are a ton of hidden fees. I heard the customer service rep being yelled at in the background by her supervisor as I was on the phone. BEWARE! Don't contact Smith if you want quality service!
