Never answer the phone whatsoever. They never call you back to schedule appt. Appts are scheduled 2 months after, to the point that you forget about the entire appt. Dr Smith is super nice but his staff sucks. Not friendly
My daughter and I have been seeing Dr Smith for a couple years now and we absolutely love him. Plus, the staff is always very nice and helpful.
