This company is a joke...they screwed me over on my birthday...no limo showed up, I cried my eyes out and had 8 women waiting for the limo for wine tasting...the owner ignored my calls and although he said he would refund me my day is still ruined. I will never allow this company to work in this town bc I never want anyone else's day ruined.!!!

Stay clear of Smith Entertainment & Transportation. The first time I used them I was heading to wine country with 7 friends. The original vehicle they were going to use was broken down so they sent the party bus. The party bus had NO air conditioning and this was in the middle of July. So in an effort "to make things right" they offered another outing. When I booked that event, they didn't even bother to show up even after I confirmed by email the date and time and they CONFIRMED. Last month, a friend of mine hired your services to transport a group of friends, including me, from Moreno Valley to Downtown LA and back. We were so impressed with your services that I chose to hire your company again for my birthday event. Saturday night was supposed to be a fun stress free night. Unfortunately that was not the case. I have used Smith Entertainment and Limo several times. My favorite is the Party bus. We have done a girls outing to the wineries and also used them for a group of us who were going on a cruise. Leave the safe, courteous driving to them. The staff is wonderful and they provide great service. They are our number one choice when we need a limo or party bus. Highly recommended.
