After dealing with a local repair place in Munster for over two months with our Mitsubishi trying to fix it. They couldnt. Called Mitsubishi, they said Smiths is the only authorized place in the area. Three days and it was fixed. good job...live and learn

seems that most people that review are always negative. So we gave them a chance as thet were highly recomended by Samsung. Their rates are lower then best buy or sears. Two day service. Husband has stopped whining... Gwen the tech was very nice and seemed well trained
I found this company by google searching as there were not any local TV servicers. After the 20 mile trip to there store I was shocked to see so many lcd tvs in for service. After talking to the girls at the service desk I was a little releaved. Had my husband baby back in a week. Peace at home.
Had my Sony at our another shop for three weeks. Called Sony to complain. They said Smiths was a top rated service place for there product. We carried it in too them. Smiths had it repaired in 4 days. Thet have my business from now on.
very professional, After paying almost 3,000 for a samsung tv, I was upset it broke in less than 2 years. They came to my home, had the parts in stock. I thought the price was fair for this kind of service....Bob
