Been trying to get a claim approved for over 10 days! I told them what happened at least 3x and even provided the police report. The claim agent was very unprofessional on the phone. Then I get an an email asking the same things. This process is very wasteful and frustrating. I didn't pick these people my old rep retired and now I have to work with someone I've never met. Was horrible at communication, gave out bills with no explanation and when requesting detail on charges, nothing. They failed to handle anything in a timely manner and when I switched companies I actually asked them to find different rates as well for a commercial and personal account. After asking for a detail of what is being charged in a bill received after ending my policy, they failed to provide details or explanation of charges and sent it to collections
Recent surges in insurance premiums prompted an office visit to review my policies. I am ashamed to say how long I spent with my agent, Joe Knowles, but I will say that he listened patiently, answered knowledgeably, and provided solutions appropriately tailored to my insurance needs.
