Great place Great people thay aways take care of me when I go in there
I recently had my shingle shot done by the Pharmacist Lindsey McCrary at Smith Drug, she was very kind & explained everything very professionally. While I am not a fan of needles she delivered the shot with ease for that I am very grateful!! If I ever have any questions she is always there to help. Thank you Lindsey & Smith Drug!!
they combined my controlled substances with two different manufacturers in the same bottle, i wonder if they think about their customer potentially getting pulled over with that, and no note on the bottle from pharmacy to explain, just a random piece of cotton. I really don’t think it’s allowed. also, stop telling customers to call their insurance when we tell you they said it was authorized already. it takes a few keyboard clicks to run insurance, and confirm what i told you!
Everybody is super friendly and helpful. They have my prescriptions ready to pick up before I make it there from the doctor's office, and that's only 5 minutes away from the pharmacy.
