Dr. Smith, was great and so was most of the staff. The women who are in charge of prescriptions however, are the worst and do not represent him well. I needed blood pressure medication and they failed to make the necessary arrangements. When I approached them they were rude and told me it could be up to a month or two before I could get my prescription by then I could have had a stroke. They refused to let me see Dr. Smith. I have been seening Dr. Smith when he 1st started practicing and he is great but his staff is less than to be desired for. I can rarely get an appointment when I am sick, have even been told to go to the ER since they could not fit me in when I call at 8:00am for a sick appointment. My percriptions always get messed up and I end up waiting extra time. Currently going on 3 weeks between the company who filled my 90 day mail order and the office staff.
