SCAM!!! I hired ms smith To represent me on a child custody matter, I met with her one time at her office for an initial meeting after that I had a Hearing in Justice court! Update: as of July '25, STILL NO MONEY RETURNED! This woman is a THIEF. If only I lived in MS and had the money to hire another attorney and take her to small claims court.. We hired Donna in April of '20 for my husband and his son's case with a 3k retainer. She didn't even file anything until 3 months later in July of '20. Court wasn't until Dec of '20 I believe (covid hit this year, so I don't blame her for the delayed court date, but she is at fault for taking 3 months to even get it started) The court date was pushed bac... read more
