I’m so happy with the service I received! He cleaned out my fireplace thoroughly, made the glass look brand new, and left everything neat and tidy. Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented—he did an awesome job. I highly recommend him to anyone needing fireplace maintenance!
On one of the coldest days of the winter season the service man showed up to our house within 10 minutes of calling. He had the part that needed to be replaced in his vehicle. Whole thing was complete within an hour of the call! Great service!
My furnace was sluggish all weekend, 59 degrees in the house this morning. Terry ? From Dahlquist was at my house within 20 minutes of me calling them. Identified the problem which was my ultrasonic humidifier I was running, and fixed it. So I'm going to be buying their whole house humidifying system to correct any further problems. Great service.

Terry recently checked and cleaned my gas fireplace. He worked neatly and efficiently, and patiently answered many questions I had about adding a blower to the fireplace. He checked existing wiring, and said he would look into pricing and options available. I really wasn't expecting this, but he DID call me back a few hours later with the information I needed to make an informed decision.
