The rent is increasing every year, getting too expensive. And the apartment is very cold during the winter, you can feel cold air come through the windows even with the blinds closed. Has big gaps around the doors where cold comes in too. Electricity bill is very expensive during the winter.
Great area to live in, my kids school is out in front and there is a park on the left of it which has a dog park and baseball fields. Woodburn is an amazing place to live which makes the apartments a greater success. The community management team for the apartments through little get together once in a while. The pool and hot tub are awesome in the summer, the gym and common area in the office are open year long.
