I almost never leave reviews, but this was such an awful experience. I went in for a bang trim and I've received the worse bangs in my life. The woman who cut my bags though incredibly kind and friendly didn't follow any of my instructions of what I was looking for. I showed two reference photos, one from pinterest (added the reference photo so everyone can see what I asked for vs what I ended up with), and one of myself from last fall when I loved how my bangs looked.
