Smith & Co Real Estate was great to work with! We had two transactions recently that went very smoothy, and I attribute that to their professionalism and great communication style.
Excellent effort by all those at Smith and Company. Had a property to sell (4 BR) and downsized to smaller ranch. I’m approaching 70 and needed a one level. Also needed specific HS zone. Housing market tough at the moment, but a buyer was found and another home found. Through it all, Smith and Co - especially Laurel and Emily - were there to make it happen.
