My daughter and I went to Smith Chevrolet to test drive a couple of trucks last week. Alec introduced himself and we instantly felt at ease! They keep claiming that rotating tires is only done on a recommended basis only. While having my car serviced, I requested my tires to be rotated, the mechanic did not feel like doing it, so said it’s not recommended. Weirs in Demotte does this for me on my other vehicle without hesitation. Every service. I will never use this dealership for anything again.
