Everyone there was friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and explained everything that was happening. It was a good experience overall.
The service is great! I have owned 2 vehicles from there and I never had any problems with them working on my vehicle. The dealership I never felt forced to buy a car from them when I purchased my vehicles, I will always purchase vehicles from Smith Chevy in Hammond!
The service is great and Kevin went the extra mile to make sure I received all the updates. Took a bit longer than promised but that happens.
I just don't understand how I have a leak already in car I only had the car 3 months now it's 400 to fix it so I'm not too happy at all
Service advisor kept me updated and explained all work. No pushy attempts for unnecessary work. Positive experience.
