repeat customer. took car in for new tires, got sold a crap pair. company made it right by allowing me to buy a set of Kelly tires & paying the difference. had them "check the transmission" on my 11 Cadillac 110k miles was told fluid level & transmission looked fine. paid the difference on the tires, next set also just isn't right.
