Our central A/C needed routine maintenance, and unlike last year when the technician rushed through in under an hour, this time the work was methodical and took about two hours, including a thorough cleaning of the coils. The technician also identified a minor leak in the refrigerant line that hadn't been noticed before, which he promptly fixed.

The installation took most of the afternoon, and the technicians explained each step, which was reassuring since my last AC install left a lot of unanswered questions. They also checked to ensure everything was functioning properly before leaving, unlike the previous company that skipped this step.

They quoted me quite reasonably for the installation, and I'm happy to report that everything was completed without any major hitches in about three hours. Given my past experience with another contractor, it was a relief to have them stay within the initial estimate and clean up thoroughly before leaving.
