They are the best! First of all, this company has true gentlemen working for it. Secondly, their work is excellent. Thirdly, they back their work and followup if ever needed. I recommend their services as fully top rated. I've lived in Newport News for 25 years in this house, and I've been through several AC/heating companies, but this one is, without doubt, the best!

Middle of a heat wave, my AC quit late Friday night. I called Saturday morning and they stopped by between repairs and fixed me. Later it stopped again and it was after hours. They came back and replaced a fan motor that had gone bad. Class acts these guys.
These dudes are trash. No decency! Parked in a handicap spot and wouldn't move for a handicap person, on top of being rude to the residents in the condo complex! Their customer says their service isnt worth the headaches, she had to get someone else to do the work properly! DO NOT USE THEM!
