I purchased carpet from Smith Carpets (as I had done several times) and the carpet was very good. However, the installlation was very BAD, but having deal with this business previously, I paid the billing in full, however at time of payment, I advised the installation was not good - the seams showed and looked very bad. I was told that if the carpet did not lay down and the seams not show in just a short time, they would come out and inspect the carpet and would warranty that work as stated when the carpet was purcased.
