Mike Gray and the whole crew at Smith Builders took a half done project from another contractor and did an amazing job to re-side our house and wrap the windows! Kudos for a job well done! I have gotten many compliments from people about the house since they completed the job.
We had an exceptional experience with Smith Builders. Zach was our main contact from start to finish and my husband and I were impressed with his regular touch points to keep us informed about what to expect ahead of time, what they discovered during the roof replacement, and what to expect after project completion. Highly professional communication, thorough proposal with an amazing guarantee by the way, and top notch quality staff. We highly recommend Smith Builders.
Michael Gray was fantastic to work with. He really istened to what I needed, gave ideas and provided a detailed list of all work to be done with exact prices. Smith Builders did a great job! Brandon, the project manager for the reroofing project, was very helpful and communicative. He took the time to consider different options to figure out what would work best, provided a detailed quote and kept me informed throughout the process. The team that came to do the work was very pleasant and professional. Plus, they did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely recommend Smith Builders!
Brandon was punctual, professional and knowledgeable on the work I needed done, providing an estimate the same day and getting me booked within the week! Dale and his crew did a fantastic job! They showed up early to install leaf guards on my existing gutters, got the job done in two hours, and cleaned the site. EXCELLENT WORK by all! This is the second time I've had Smith's to my house, in previous years they installed a completely new roof for me, and I have referred them to others.
