The 20-year-old metal roof on my house was damaged in a wind storm. Smith Builders was recommended by the roofing supply company that sold the materials for the original roof. Brandon Powall, Project Manager came to my home, evaluated the work needed and provided an estimate with a very thorough explanation of what would be done, including photos of my roof with pointers to problems. He scheduled a team promptly, they completed the work and left my yard cleaned up, The roof is fine and I would hire them again.
The services we received from Smith Builder's this week was top notch. We're happy with the work done on our house.
Very pleased with the work that was sone on my barn roof and very happy with the way that Brandon Powell explained things to me and kept in touch if there were to be any delays etc. So far the roof had not leaked with the rain . It is an old barn and he explained that even with the plywood and tarp that there could be problems again in the future but he understood that I no way had the money to put on a new roof.
