Requested an estimate and got a call to schedule the estimate appointment the very same day! Mike came out to do the estimate and was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to what I needed and had his team come out to install my seamless gutters. From start to finish the whole team were friendly and professional. This is the second time I've had roof repairs with Smith Builders and worked with Zachary Christian. I was concerned about color matching, but they did it perfectly. Zachary’s estimates are accurate, and the crew always shows up as scheduled. They are professional, courteous, and do great work. I highly recommend them for repairs or a new roof.
My experience with Smith Builders has been life changing, as Mike from Smith Builders saved me from a possible foreclosure on a recently purchased home using a VA home loan. For some context, due to new home owners insurance policies set in place at the turn of the year, my home was uninsurable.
