Great service I just recently switched to Chase & Lunt. I wasn't happy with the service I was getting from my other agent. The customer service rep. at Chase & Lunt sat with me and went over my insurance in great detail. She was able to write my auto and home with the same company and it saved me quite a bit of money.
Personal Attention Created Great Savings I have had my home and auto with Chase and Lunt Insurance for several years now, and I have always been pleased with the amount of care and service I received on my account. Small without Service Unfortunately I found them cumbersome to deal with and decided to switch to a large national company that did everything through a call center and usps. I was hoping to find an in town agent similar to my prior hometown experience, but they were not as easy to deal with as expected. I also felt that they did not work hard enough to get the best premium on my policies.
Flood Insurance Whiz! I live in a home near the ocean, which has been extremely costly to insure over the years. I had my insurance with another local agency who used to have the only option for flood insurance. When I found out that my flood policy would be increasing from $300 annually to almost $2,000 a year due to flood maps changing, I called my agency for help. They did (and do) a terrific job for me! My auto insurance renewal quote came in the mail (from my previous agent) and was about the same as I had been paying. When I called they said they only represented 2 insurance compnaies and this was the best rate they had. A friend recommended SB&H so I gave them a call...glad I did! They saved me a LOT on my auto and I also moved my home insurance to them as well. They were terrific to deal with and now I recommend them to others too!
