They did (and do) a terrific job for me! My auto insurance renewal quote came in the mail (from my previous agent) and was about the same as I had been paying. When I called they said they only represented 2 insurance compnaies and this was the best rate they had. A friend recommended SB&H so I gave them a call...glad I did! They saved me a LOT on my auto and I also moved my home insurance to them as well. They were terrific to deal with and now I recommend them to others too!
Never use this place they are LAZY and unattentive. I changed my address and had to e-mail and call several times over 3 months before they finally made the changes. Then I should have gotten a lower rate since I changed communities. I had to fight for the lower rate. Then I asked them if the insurance company was the best one for me to be with, Could they please get a few other quotes for me to consider. We use SBH for all of our insurance needs and have for years. They have the best customer service around. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
I went to their website, filled out a short form and received an e-mail and then a call within a few minutes. They reviewed both my home and auto policies and I ended up with better coverage and saved $400 too.
