A solid insurance company that completely screwed up today. They told me they could send someone to the RMV for me to register my car. Turns out they can't on Wednesdays. They got around to telling me this ten minutes before I was going to head their way. I took a personal day from work to do pick everything up. I don't know how I'm going to get this all done now. Inexcusable.

Never use this place they are LAZY and unattentive. I changed my address and had to e-mail and call several times over 3 months before they finally made the changes. Then I should have gotten a lower rate since I changed communities. I had to fight for the lower rate. Then I asked them if the insurance company was the best one for me to be with, Could they please get a few other quotes for me to consider.
