Smith Brothers do not honor any sort of labor warranty on their work even if its a brand new system. We were told by the owners wife that the business was closed and not to bother her husband again. Business is not closed. This left us with a new non fuctioning system. We had to hire another company and pay again. Horrible people and a horrible company. I don't want others in this town I love to experince this and lose their money too. Run from them ! no matter how nice they initially seem. Its a con.
Steve is the best! He’s always very responsive and he knows what needs to be done to get our furnace or AC up and running in the most cost effective way. His rates are reasonable and service is great. I’ve recommended him to friends and they’ve had the same experience.
