We were on our way to Smith Brothers for a visit and poker chip. As we exited the highway the shift linkage disconnected, put it back together just enough to get it to the service department. We were back on the road in less than a hour. Thank you Rich. Mark and Marina Smith
Not only did I buy my Heritage here in 2011 but I also have my bike serviced here. This is the only dealership I know of where the owner sits down and has a cup of coffee with ya while you wait for your oil change. Further I know the owner supports other local business because he has always given me and the place I work the opportunity to get whatever we can order for him. Makes me want to support my local HD dealer even more!!
Tim got my bike right into the service dept yesterday without an appointment. I had lost my rear brakes, and that’s not to fun in the rain. In about 30 minutes I was fixed and back on the road. Thanks to the techs in their service department and to Tim for fitting me in! *****
