Bought a sweatshirt for a Christmas present yesterday. I asked what the return policy was and she said January 14th (maybe the 10th. Anyway she said Jan something). I was in a hurry. So I took it back today to get a bigger size. They didn't have a bigger size in the one I wanted I didn't like the other sweatshirts (with no hood). I asked if I can just get my money back. She said "no" exchange only. So now I am stuck. Very disappointed. I just bought it yesterday .
The staff was unconcerned, no one seemed to care that we were there. Finally got someone to help us & then the cashier was very rude. This one is on the do not revisit list for sure.
