Stopped today while on a road trip from Charlotte NC to Indy. Had a problem with my turn signals, pulled into service and three guys jumped on it right away. They had me fixed up and back on the road in no time! Thanks guys!
A little disappointed @ the way I was treated and spoke down too. As we walked in we were approached quick with a smile. Then his (salesman) look went to disappointment as he glanced at my prothstetic leg. His next and last response was, "You know we sell motorcycles not cars or trucks." We turned & left...
My son rode his bike from Charleston SC to have new apes installed. While waiting on work to be done, I kept looking at one of their used bikes that caught my eye. Justin answered all my questions about the bike, went for a test ride, and ended up trading in my old bike. Everyone at the Dealership was very helpful. If you have any questions or need some help, go see Justin (Sales), Chris (Parts), or Tim (Service).
SmithBrosHD service department did a fantastic job as always. I always feel confident in their work and enjoy their positive attitude.

They have greatly improved in there small dealership and I am glad to visit them everytime I get up that way. Best Service that I personally recommend and friendly Parts Counter and Ladies in apparel also! Bike Sales is picking up lately as well! Two week they had the bike, half of what I asked didn't get fixed, what they charged me for was all fucked up, $1000 and had to take it straight to another shop , wireing harness pinched in half by the sissy bar they installed,, front tire improperly mounted back on the bike, resulting in a busted speedometer cable, they set up my carb on half choke,, half choke,,,,, controls loose on bars,, my ride will never go back , neither will my wallet,,,
