I think they have poor customer service. Customer service one on one tells you the customer is always right.
RecommendedApparently a gentleman had a problem today and he is posting all over different pages. My wife and I was there and we never heard a customer being loud or mistreated and never heard employees being loud. The reason I know we were there at the same time is because he has us in his pictures. If there was an issue it was between two people and was really brief. Regardless what people say I’ve been coming here for years and haven’t seen any problems between the staff and customers.

Basically what you are seeing here are negative posts from people WHO HAVE NEVER BEEN TO SMITH BROTHERS. A black man lost his temper at Smith Brothers because he was asked to show his ticket. He cussed out the staff and was appropriately asked to leave. He posted in Hip Antioch and now some black people, who are trying to shame a business WITH NO PROOF, are commenting here. DON'T BELIEVE ANY OF THIS. This is cult-mentality race-baiting. Act like an adult when you patron a business.

I've never known a car wash to have a dress code nor dismiss a loyal customer. I wouldn't recommend at all
