This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a physician. I felt completely brushed off and treated like my concerns were an inconvenience. The doctor was curt, dismissive, and eager to end the conversation before fully addressing why I was calling. It’s frustrating to seek medical care only to feel unheard and rushed. I expected compassion and professionalism but received neither. If I could give zero stars and still leave a review I would. All the staff are professional and polite. Dr Smith and Cali are very knowledgeable, caring and attentive.
