Total crap Took my vehicle in for routine service. Car was running beautifully. Check engine light came on immediately after leaving shop. Problems ballooned from there. $1500 later car was still not drivable and they couldn't find the problem. Took it to an independent mechanic who fixed the problem quickly but not cheaply. Since then I have heard numerous horror stories about there service department. I like Ford motor company but they should not tolerate this level of service in there name.
Maintainence and service i have had many maintainence and service items performed with excellent results. Personel have worked well with communicating with me
Poor Service Great If You Like Grease in Your Vehicle! We took our 2009 vehicle in to get a oil change. Two days later after a 200 mile drive, we noticed a leak under our vehicle. We took it back to Smith's. It turned out to be both brake lines and our master cylinder went out. They never noticed it during the oil change. Fortunately, the car was still under warranty, however, It took over a week to fix.
