We used Smith Appraisal Services in June 2020. Josh Smith was extremely responsive and very professional. He methodically appraised our home and in a short time sent a full, detailed report with a very accurate appraisal value. Smith Appraisal Services is the kind of small, local business I like to support. Highly recommend and will absolutely use again.
This is an extremely amateur business, run out of the father and son's respective homes. When you call either of their contact numbers, you get their personal home answering machines, which should have been red flag to find another appraiser. The son is new to the "business", and seems to be capable of little more than mindlessly plugging numbers into formulas.
