Buyer Beware: We purchased a used appliance that stopped working after only about 60 days. The owner of Smith Appliance offered no reasonable solution, yelled at me, and she blamed us for breaking the machine. We had previously purchased and recommended this business, but after this experience we no longer trust the quality of its appliances or the way customers are treated. We strongly recommend considering other options before shopping here.
Very knowledgeable and nice people
Friendly and helpful service. They know their products well.
