RecommendedI lived at 1004 S Locust St for two years. Smith Apartments group was very easy to work with and reach if there ever was an issue. Very few issues came up and I would highly recommend living at one of their units. Great value and service for the cost of rent.
Nice maintaining work Smith Apartments have a big expensive building with elevator and underground parking; and a small chaper one with gas heating and outside parking. The prices are fair. In addition, all of them are pretty close to campus and there is a bus passing by. They arranged people to come doing various maintainings which is great. But they did not call in to make an appointment before they knocked at the door, which made people a bit uncomfortable.
