Everything was well organized. Personnel was great.
The dental hygienist, Kim, is the best! She is kind, gentle, and does a great job. My teeth feel wonderfully clean when I leave.
I have been receiving dental care at this office since I moved to Ludington over 25 years ago, now with Dr. Smith. Getting fit for a new bite guard today is so much easier than many years ago when they filled a tray with molding material and you had to wait for it to harden, now a simple camera system. Great use of technology.
I took my children (under 7), and the staff was phenomenal with them! The kids were happy and calm, and then got WOWWED by the prize drawer! Very cool, they're already asking to go back.
First visit today having recently moved here. My sister-in-law recommended them. The front desk ladies were very friendly, the office was clean, bright and welcoming. Alex, the tech, was very knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. Answered all my questions. Dr. Smith was also very proficient, knowledgeable and welcoming.
