Caroline worked with my wife and me to purchase our first house. She is a wealth of information and experience, and she was willing to go above and beyond to get us in the house of our dreams. She was flexible with scheduling as we were purchasing at the beginning of my busy season. She was a blast to work with and made the process easy! She would be my first call if I were going to purchase another property.
Caroline represented the buyer of my house. They waited until the last hours of the last day of the 13 business day contingency period to ask for anything, and they refused to pay for the fuel in the tanks, I almost declined to complete the transaction. I came away from this feeling really awful about a house I poured my effort into improving while I lived there.
Caroline is exactly who you want when buying a home. She made the experience incredibly easy and efficient. I wish I had more money so I could buy more houses using her.
