I had an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, Yasmin and Halle at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. Dr. Cole was outstanding—professional, friendly, and thorough in explaining everything. I felt completely at ease throughout my appointment. This is probably the best Dental office/team my wife and I have ever been to. The staff that worked with us to set the appointment were extremely professional and courteous. Great follow up in getting our appointments arranged at the same date and time. When we arrived the receptionist that greeted us was very pleasant. Our Dental Hygienists were outstanding and last but not least, our Dentist’s were great, friendly, communicated well and cared. The pricing was fair and I walked out trusting them and will be back. Definitely do not recommend this office. I waited over 4 months for a cleaning appointment. Upon arrival I got a bunch of lip service from the technician about “our process is” stating that I can’t get a cleaning until I get a complete set of X-rays and gum tests done. I saw that as a breech of contract and immediately walked out. The audacity of these companies that think they are entitled to dictate to you how they will spend your insurance benefits. Outrageous conduct.
I visited Smith & Cole Dentistry this morning and was so happy with each and every person I met. I am an older woman and have a fear of going to the dentist due to a bad experience as a child. Dr. Cole took time from his busy schedule to comfort me by simply taking time to visit. I had lost a filling and was worried about ignoring it.
