We hired Smith Air for an older HVAC unit inspection on a house we're purchasing. Technician Corey showed up on time, checked the unit, measured the temperature and told us everything was fine. I assumed that Corey was a pro and the unit genuinely had no issues, until our home inspector, who is not even an HVAC professional, spotted multiple issues that Corey missed. Corey is always responsive. He has the heart of a teacher and is extremely fair. He doesn't nickel & dime customers to death. Grateful for his quality, integrity, and trustworthiness.
