I have been with this practice for over 20 years with five children. They answer all your questions. They’re kind and actually help put your mind at ease when you’re worried not to mention my kids love them. I have recommend countless family members to them and up to this day my adult kids ask me if they can take the younger kids to the doctor so they can sneak a medical question in because they trust the providers at this practice. I am grateful for them.
I visited Dr. Mengers after the birth of my baby. She was very aggressive and made me uncomfortable. I am not a first time mom and I know what a great relationship with your pediatrician is like. This was not it. I will never return to her office again.
I wish that their was an option to give zero stars. Dr. Mengers practice lacks professionalism, dignity and basic communication skills. Her office failed to reach out after My one year old daughter was diagnosed with Covid-19. After 14 days of silence from her office. I had to be the one to call to give them a call. Which ended in Dr. Mengers refusing to apologize for the lack of professionalism. She even went as far as to tell me that she would gladly help me look for a new clinic then proceed to hang up. She is not equally treat to every patient. Wait time is horrible, minimum over 70 minutes. Just hate her
