This review is for the manager (John) who works at this location. I called to check on the status of the medication refill and appointment and very politely asked him. Just from the beginning of the conversation the manager was being so rude who I assumed that I was speaking with the receptionist staff when the phone was answered. Because of his rudeness and not being helpful at all, I asked to speak with the manager and that's when he told me that he is the manager. One of the receptionists at this office was terrible. My mom got her blood test 3 days before; after reviewing the result, MD wrote another order for 1 month later. When my mom got out the MD's office, that receptionist did not look at the order, she told my mom to go ahead, get another blood test right away. That unnecessary blood test cost my mom $300. SMH. Incompetent!!!
