A receipted referral was sent by my doctor on 19 June. After weeks of waiting, they found my file, advising the next available appointment was in October. They suggested going to the Trumbull branch. A week later, 2 July, no response from the Trumbull branch. They might be great hematologists, but their business practices are not in the patients' interest.
Dr Roberts is cruel rude and is in the wrong field.he has no passion for noo one...not even his clients never mind me a patient.I've been going their for 30 yrs and I've never went through what he is putting me through now again.if we don't rate him we are not gonna help us who needs it who ever and for what ever we need more voices about Dr,john Roberts for the smilow hemotology clinic need to be heard he is the worst doctor if ever been too.how can I report him? how can I get a new doctor? please don't pick him he's cruel ... read more
