I am very pleased with the lab/infusion center. The nurses are so kind and patient. My wait time is minimal, but seeing a hematology Dr or NP or PA is non existent. However, they do respond quickly by phone.
I had to write this review after seeing the less than complimentary reviews left by a few others. I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years now and have never had anyone be less than pleasant. All the staff, have always been caring and considerate. Wait times are sometimes a bit longer but it’s a busy place. When you see only a few people in a waiting room, understand that you’re in a smaller facility with a smaller staff and don’t expect to not have some wait time. I waited 50 minutes for my appointment.It was not crowded at all.Dr.LaSalla told me to have a test because of possible future problems.She said the test takes 30 min.In truth it takes 60to 90 minutes and they do Not do the procedure in Guilford.
Staff never get back to you. Wait times are horrible.
