This place i horrible never on time draw blood and don't run all test that we're ordered not a good office to deal with front desk blames the Dr for not putting in orders and appointment was scheduled over 6 months ago employees are rude don't use this office

There’s a very important distinction to be made in writing my 5 star review for Smilow in Guilford— it’s all about the support staff and not the doctor my family member had. Phlebotomists, nurses, front desk, etc. are what made the difference for our family’s comfortability at Smilow in Guilford when going through the exhaustive process of multiple chemo treatments, knowing that the outcome was always going to be the same. I am very pleased with the lab/infusion center. The nurses are so kind and patient. My wait time is minimal, but seeing a hematology Dr or NP or PA is non existent. However, they do respond quickly by phone.

I had to write this review after seeing the less than complimentary reviews left by a few others. I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years now and have never had anyone be less than pleasant. All the staff, have always been caring and considerate. Wait times are sometimes a bit longer but it’s a busy place. When you see only a few people in a waiting room, understand that you’re in a smaller facility with a smaller staff and don’t expect to not have some wait time.
