Super-friendly, for a good cause. Those two things alone make this place worth going to, but the pizza is the best I've had!!!
We were looking for a pizza place near our home and Yelp gave this place high marks. We ordered a classic NY plain cheese and classic NY with everything. I have to say the flavor of the cheese pizza was outstanding. You could really taste the flavor of the cheeses. The sausage on the other one was very flavorful and the veggies were very good. We came all the way from Alameda, California for pizza and we were not disappointed! I had a slice of the White and it is JUST like the kind I had in NYC!! You cannot get pizza like this hers in California. We also ordered a small with sausage, olives and onions( Marissa's fave) and it came out hot and crispy and the blend of the cheese with the sausage was the perfect balance. The crust is so tasty! We took our special needs 25 year old for Pizza and he was a little loud and excited. The staff was fantastic and very welcoming. The pizza was great and we look forward to our next visit!
Great people! Super pizza! I'm from Jersey, so I know good pizza when I see it. When the owner opened the box & let me see the pie before I left, a tear came to my eye because it SMELLED like pizza! It did NOT disappoint when I got it home. Had to stop myself at 6 slices. Wonderful!
My husband has been looking for great pizza since he moved here from upstate NY, and tonight we found a new favorite! Tried Sicilian with pepperoni and olives, and NY style with sausage and mushrooms and the ricotta. Outstanding!! And your cause is just icing on the cake.
