Great communication from Ruth at Smiling Petals! I ordered a birthday bouquet for a child’s birthday and someone else ordered the exact same thing that I did. Ruth caught the duplicate order and offered to put something together using the birthday girl’s favorite colors with a different vase that she had just got in (wasn’t even offered on her website yet). The flowers turned out so beautiful and the presentation was stunning. I will be using Smiling Petals for all my flower needs moving forward.
I am absolutely impressed with this local florist! I asked for a big, fluffy, happy bouquet of daisies for my mom‘s birthday today. Boy, did they absolutely nail it! They sent an absolute riot of daisies, baby’s breath, and greenery!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Immaculate vibes from the woman who took my order by phone.
Ruth was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was so enthusiastic throughout the planning process and brought such positive energy to every conversation. The flowers were stunning! I cannot say enough good things about Ruth at Smiling Petals. For my wedding I searched high and low for a florist and when I say Ruth went above and beyond, that wouldn’t be enough.
