These people were an hour late for my appointment and no one cared that they were late. by the end of my appointment, the price I was told originally had changed and the service providers begin to argue with me. Very rude and my worst hair experience ever!

Absolutely TERRIBLE don’t book!,I booked an Appointment for small knotless at 4pm on June 21. I came to the salon on time, hair ready to go but come to find out the lady who was supposed to be doing my hair wasn’t even there. I was confused because I had also received a confirmation email that same day I booked. I won’t ever come/book here ever again too Unprofessional.

These people played in my head forover 3 hours. I showed them the exact hairstyle I wanted, they swore up and down they could do it. Roz… if you saw the pictures versus my real hair, you’d know it was a complete joke.

Extremely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 and called ahead to confirm and check that they could braid short hair. When I arrived, I was told to return in 3-4 hours, because Jimbi was the only stylist who could do singles. I was told that I would be called. After 4 hours, I called the store twice for an answer. During the second call, I was told to come back after my hair had grown out. Then I was finally called back by the store.
