I recently went to them for a takedown service. The older woman was SO rough, even when I was wincing in pain! Even when I said, I would comb out the hair myself after the braid was removed, she ignored my request and was so rough I heard my hair ripping from the root. I lost a significant portion of my hair density because it was ripped out, I was wincing in pain. Unprofessional, Disrespectful, & will play in your face if you let them. If I could’ve be foul I would’ve!! My baby was present and I would never disrespect her. They pulled my baby hair, had her crying and then over charged us. We flew into Madison to get treated with disgust & unfairly. Prices are always changing. This isn’t my first time dealing with this disgust either. I promised my baby girl never again!!!
I'm a single dad that Booked an appt on Booksy for my daughter. got to salon and was greeted Not at all! I spoke and told them I booked online, silence and stares...the women all began, in a different language, to seemingly argue with each other (I found out later that they had to decide who was going to do the knotless medium box braids in my daughter's hair). Unfortunately, I need to leave an honest review. I feel very bad because this is a small business, but I believe warning is warranted to future costumers. - My hairstylist was over an hour late to her appointment. - Actual hair care is not provided (blow drying with no heat protectant, not washing hair, excessive gel, etc.) - Prices not consistent (Told $60 and charged $80) - I got cornrows done and left them in for two weeks. My hairline is destroyed and I have a bald patch.
