I called smileys in Aliquippa Pennsylvania and spoke to somebody named Tom who gave the worst customer service experience over the phone I ever received. I definitely would never buy my tires from a place that could not offer any type of warranty for spin balancing or road hazard. Tom seemed very rude and frustrated when asked about what their tire price included. Smileys is awesome! I don't go anywhere else for tires. For fast and friendly service, and fair pricing, they can't be beat!

I usually don't get impressed with service enough to write a review but these guys are awesome. These guys work incredibly fast and are super friendly at the same time. I thought I would be there for hours but they had the tires on my new wheels and the wheels on the car in no time. I will definitely continue to give Smiley's my business, they are the best tire service company in the area.

I have been going here for their business for over 20 years. Best prices and all about you when you walk in the door. Just boight 4 tires, paid for them and on the road in 20 minutes. You can't miss by giving them your business.

These guys are awesome!!! They operate like a pit crew... when I pulled up and saw the line I was expecting to have to wait, but they are so efficient and quick I was amazed! In and out in no time at all. Prices are great, too. One of the few places I’ve found that deal in used tires as well -- big savings! And, in my opinion, makes much more sense when you need to replace one or two tires and not the whole set. I've been getting tires at Smileys since I moved to Beaver County in 1984. They've always had what I needed and at reasonable prices. The thing I like best though, is the service. Their guys operate like a pit crew. They are quick and know what they are doing. I don't have to leave my car and come back, or wait 2 hours. I'm in and out in less than 1/2 hour. Good people all around.
